Update: They got back to me after seeing this and are going to try and make it right, will update review again if it all gets sorted. After a lengthy warranty process trying to fix the heating we were told by a Triton technician it wasn't plumbed in properly, which is why it keeps breaking. Shame because these guys were really nice/professional but I don't think they had the expertise to carry out our particular job. Will update review if I ever hear back from them but at this point feels like we should just try someone else... read more

Brilliant! Super speedy response to new boiler request after mine was decommissioned unexpectedly after its annual service. Efficient new boiler installed by highly efficient and friendly technicians- up and running in half a day My home has never been so warm Many thanks to Phil, Curtis and Jack and the inspirational chap who collected the old boiler and other waste. Highly recommend this company.
Absolutely first-class. Boiler and a radiator were replaced within a day and everything is working. The crew that did the fitting were professional and a delight to have round the house (which was left clean and tidy, with radiators well balanced, when they left). When you phone up the office you get a friendly and helpful response. And the original quote was done effectively and fairly. Excellent.
