Absolutely first-class. Boiler and a radiator were replaced within a day and everything is working. The crew that did the fitting were professional and a delight to have round the house (which was left clean and tidy, with radiators well balanced, when they left). When you phone up the office you get a friendly and helpful response. And the original quote was done effectively and fairly. Excellent.
We moved into our house in November, it has a combination of underfloor heating and radiators and we were struggling to get the system to work properly and meet our needs. Phil spent a couple of hours with us checking everything out and identifying a couple of faults. He helped us to understand the system and feel more in control.
