Poor customer service - never knew when to expect it to be done. Toilets old and in poor repair. Phone calls were seldom answered. Messages were never returned. Double billing happened several times without explanation and without willing credits offered/provided. Owners seem to be to busy with other pursuits to be concerned with this business of portable toilets.

Nicest people ever, from the office to the field tech (Zion). Use their services to empty and RV black tank and they have been great every time we call them out.

Called Amy at Atteberry Industries to schedule an appointment regarding my septic system located in Vernon, AZ. Tony showed up promptly and on time. This young man was very courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and skilled in septic systems. Tony was able to immediately diagnose then repair my septic system. I was simply amazed at his intuition and problem solving skills. Clearly, very experienced in his craft. Just had my travel trailer septic tank pumped from these guys for the first time. It's a touch out in the boonies and they came out no problem. Cliff was super friendly and did a great job. Will definitely use this service again and highly recommend.

3 stars.. could have been 5! No one from this company mentioned how long the service to pump the septic would take? We were given a price for the pumping and then when we called to company to pay they told us the tech was there over an hour and charged us an extra $100.00!!! This seems like a bait type of scam to charge more!!! The tech himself did a great job! The administration side appears to rip customers off!
