If I could give them a negative 10 stars I would. Complete lack of communication. Will not even respond to emails. Horrible customer service. DO NOT USE THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY. They collect all your personal information then completely ghost you. Never even give you an opportunity to speak to an attorney. You’re only allowed to speak to the intake specialist to gather personal information then they ignore you after that. SCAM SCAM SCAM. I’m also reporting them to the BBB.
If you’re looking for help or communication this is NOT the place for you.. 5 months with no updates or communication but the second I request a cancellation to look for other offices I get a damn reply So shameful considering it started out super promising, got my client portal & uploaded all the documentation I had back in January..
