Incomplete work, zero customer services! We contracted them to take care of the moss and reseed our lawn recently. They didn't touch any moss on the edge parts of the lawn at all. The moss will spread and take over the lawn again if it's not contained. They didn't reseed the lawn evenly, so we now have patches with new thriving green grass and many bald patches at the same time. We called them many many times since their service, but we still haven't heard from them yet!
