Waste of $79. I understood the truck roll fee of $79 and it would be waived if you decide to purchase services with them, but I wasn’t expecting them to come and quote a $5,000 job. Technician did give me several options but they all ranged from $2,700-$5,000 to replace 3 toilets. Told the technician thanks but no thanks and he called his manager who “magically” dropped the price $2,000 down to make it $3,000 to replace 3 toilets.
