He's been my doctor now for 2 months my insurance company assigned him to me I called today to make an appointment and was informed I could not make an appointment must drive there first to fill out paperwork and then they have to check to see if he's my doctor when my insurance company said all he has to do is make a simple phone call if they don't trust what the computer says so I'm finding a different doctor who prefers helping his patients first before worrying about excess paperwork so back to urgent care today
