Very professional. They show up on time, do excellent work, and fix it the first time every time. All the plumbers are professional, courteous, and polite. Atta-Boy Plumbing is also locally owned and very responsive to requests for service calls. They flushed my hot water heater, repaired a leaky toilet, repaired a shower drain, and replaced a leaking faucet for me. They are my first call for all plumbing needs.
We have used Atta-Boy Plumbing many times over the last few years for various plumbing jobs and they have always done a nice job, listened to our problems, and treated our home with care. Most recently we had a leak from one of our bathrooms into our garage and they were here promtply at 8 AM the next morning to assess and help us fix the problem. Would recommend Atta-Boy to anyone looking for a reliable and professional solution to your plumbing needs.
Riley did an excellent job flushing our tankless system. He arrived on time and explained the service in detail. He waited after to make sure the water was heated to the proper temperature and everything was clear. Would definitely recommend this company.
Jody (I believe that's how you spell his name) was out at our house in Oak Terrace Preserve in North Charleston last week. He was scheduled to be there somewhere between 8 and 10 am, and he was at the door promptly at 8. Bonus points for that! All of our bathroom faucets were running very slow and light flows, and Jody worked on each one, telling me exactly what he was doing and why, not only fixing my problems, but educating me along the way.
