Very Disappointed – Avoid Farhad Besharati at ATT Vacation We booked international flights for my elderly parents through Farhad Besharati, who clearly promised one free flight change. When my father was hospitalized and unable to travel, he did not deliver that promise and offered no support or flexibility. His lack of empathy during a medical emergency was especially upsetting. Please be very careful about this travel agency, extremely bad customer service, , even though airline canceled the ticket because of the political reasons, airline returned my money and no problem but this agency kept $900 of my money for 4 months and finally I had to dispute to get my money back . Too sad
I wish I could get a Zero star to this Besharati!!!my mom wanted to go to Iran, and she was looking for two, one-way ticket, and the point was that she wanted to take her dog into the cabin with her because her dog has severe anxiety.First of all, this man(Farhad Besharati), was rude to my 60-year-old mother.
