Very disappointing experience. The staff’s level of expertise was far below expectations—what should have been a simple eSIM transfer took a long time, and in the end, it still wasn’t resolved. There didn’t seem to be any clear troubleshooting or understanding of the issue, and the whole process felt inefficient and frustrating. Overall, a waste of time with very poor service. I wouldn’t come back.

All the staff working at the store were very nice and helped me a lot. So I was very happy. I found the service very good and I like the ATM service.
