Jairo and Kaelyn went above and beyond any expectations to help me. The entire team at this store is respectful, considerate, and very competent. I’m genuinely surprised I could have such a good experience at any wireless provider’s store. If I need to go to an AT&T location, I would go out of my way to go to this one. 6.12.26

I had a terrible experience at AT&T. I called this AT&T store, and CAITLIN answered twice. I explained the situation to her both times, and both times she told me to come in. I explained that the case was a gift I received in Los Angeles with the purchase of a phone and AT&T Fiber. I explained everything in detail, and she assured me I should come in and that she would make the exchange. However, when I arrived, they didn't do it. Very disappointing experience. The staff’s level of expertise was far below expectations—what should have been a simple eSIM transfer took a long time, and in the end, it still wasn’t resolved. There didn’t seem to be any clear troubleshooting or understanding of the issue, and the whole process felt inefficient and frustrating. Overall, a waste of time with very poor service. I wouldn’t come back.
