Walked into the Chapin store looking for help with a fairly complicated phone issue. At that time they were pretty busy, but Kristopher stopped what he was doing to help me! After some trouble shooting Kristopher was able to get my new phone back up and running!
The manager at this ATT store is the worst person I have ever dealt with in my entire life. (And I'm 81 years of age) He is rude, refused to assist me, he refused to give me his name when I asked for it. I had talked to the ATT Customer service 611- with the issue I had with this store. They instructed me to go back to the store and have the manager talk to the 611 representive. When I explained to the manager what the customer service representative said.
