Great customer service from Jorge all five stars for him
Gabriela the so called customer service rep was everything but a customer service rep. She was rude, disinterested and combative. I had to request another rep as her attitude was completely unacceptable. A simple errand to gather some basic information regarding my account turned into an ugly situation. I feel for the owner who is doing everything to promote business only to have this front line employee drive business far, far away.
