Amazing service Jane took around 2 hours to help me to fix my issues, explained the issues in my bill. And walk me through my new phone 100% recommend, I wasn't happy with the att at all. Definitely will tell my family members to look for her.
Came in to get a phone for my brother. Anyia who was helping us was really sweet. I don’t know who Jane was but she was like a helicopter hovering over Jane. There’s a difference between wanting to help someone and micromanaging to the point where the client and person providing the service becomes uncomfortable. I understand coming a little before closing but service is service. I was really uncomfortable with how Jane was treating Aniya and reacting. At the end we ended up not getting the phone.
