New iPhone? Super slow, internet? Super slow. Don’t waste time and energy . I was shock a lot of people told me this was the best of the best company but on my experience terrible . This is my first month and is not what I expecting .
I came in for a new phone for my wife. I was told they had the phone in stock, worked out payment and all, and i could come in around 7 because they close at 8 pm. I showed up at 7 and was told I couldn't get the phone because they started inventory everyday at 7. they could take the order and have it delivered home. I could do that online! Why be open until 8 if you can't sell after 7. More importantly, why tell me to come in if you can't help me after 7? Waisted my time
had a very disappointing experience at this AT&T store. I arrived 20 minutes before closing intending to purchase two devices, which is a significant sale. Instead of being helped, an employee named Aniya quietly told me she could not sell me anything because there were “only 20 minutes left” and they were counting inventory.
