Ethan and Ivan were both knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly patient throughout the entire process of upgrading my phone. They made sure everything was transferred, set up, and working properly before I felt comfortable leaving the store. Their excellent customer service made the experience easy and stress-free. I highly recommend this store location!
Lorenzo was such a great help. My phone was popping up all kinds of apps and would not function properly. He got my phone back to normal and got rid of all the pop ups. Thank you so much Lorenzo.

I'm giving a one staractually I would give zero stars but that's not an option the one star that I'm giving does not go to the store it goes to AT&T customer service I am not happy because I did an upgrade turn my phone in and it apparently made it to them damage and now I'm charged an extra $300 and something dollars but they're not willing to work with me with I've been an AT&T customer for almost 2 years I will be going somewhere else because apparently they don't listen to the customer and the customers aren't write it o... read more
