I was almost close to quit my services by AT&T I felt betrayed Because I purchased the new iPhone over Christmas time and didn’t worked the way they promised me ( I purchased in a different store) Jaquelyn was very professional, patient, very friendly with an incredible positive attitude, she explained everything the way I understood ( I tried in other stores in town never worked) I am very happy to meet her, Definitely I’ll come back as needed. I visited the ATT store on 3/15/25, in search of a phone charger, and was waited on by Daniel. He was friendly, courteous, and patient even when I had to come right back into the store to find a cord that worked for my car. Thank you, Daniel, for the excellent customer service and going above and beyond the call of duty for me. I really appreciate it.
