I am pleased to leave a highly positive review for this store and two of its employees. After much effort in trying to cancel a couple hot spots that I no longer use, hours on the phone, disconnects, telling me I had the wrong email and any other manner of not taking care of what I wanted I walked into this ATT Store. Came here after being treated TERRIBLE at another store for a charger. When I walked in the door Caden was awesome helped us out such a great experience!! The manager BJ is great as well they are so respectful and kind thank you!!
Jacque was amazing she made sure everything was up and running before I left. She also looked at my phone plan to make sure it was what was needed and helped me add a discount I was unaware of.
Jaque was amazing and supportive. She had SOOO much patience dealing with my parents! She answered all of our questions clearly and in a way they could understand (or with my help). She is the only customer service rep I will deal with in the future when dealing with mine or my parents accounts.
Jale was amazing.
