Coverage is so pathetically bad its laughable. You will probably get service out in the middle of nowhere fishing, but not at you house, grocery store, or anywhere thats not in the smack dab middle of town. There are more dead zones in medford than active ones at this point.

We had trouble getting our new phones to work right. Another company suggested we visit your store to get help to get the phones to fully connect and to transfer all of our data. Nick at AT&T was patient and very knowledgeable. He was able to get the phones up and running for us. He was pleasant and caring! I would use them again.
I put off buying a new cell phone for a number of years because of a previous bad experience so I took a chance and went to the AT&T store and was greeted by Robert. He was patient and polite and answered all of my questions. I really appreciate him making this new phone transition and easy one and a pleasant one and so far this new iPhone 16e is wonderful and easy to use.
