Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful in choosing a phone for my needs.
Arrived to turn in a phone as I'd been directed by ATT.Com The person who was supposed to"help" me was pretty rude and said "We can recycle it but not send it back" I explained that I'd be able to return it that way and guy was rude and sent me away.
