Unfortunately there is always a long wait. Only two employees. No waiting area with seating is available which is difficult for us seniors. Customer service seems to differ from one salesperson to another. They are want to sell you a phone as quickly as possible with virtually no instructions on how to use it. I wouldn't even give them 1 star. We went in for a phone upgrade and decided to switch to direct tv because they had a promo for a $100 Visa card. We were also told we would get a $200 bill credit. Now 5 months later we haven't gotten any of them. When calling we were told we did not qualify for the gift card promo and when calling the store multiple times they keep saying the manager will do it and call us still nothing.
