Relatively quick in and out. They took care of our issues quickly and offered a lower rate product for my mom who is 55+.
I visited the Reisterstown Road and waited less than 5 minutes to be seen. Daniel was the representative who helped me. He was attentive to my concerns and explained how he would resolve the issue. He was very knowledgeable and, in less than 15 minutes, problem solved! I highly recommend this location as well as Daniel!
We initially started out plan with AT&T at the local Walmart but after having to return numerous times due to my sons phone not being active and being outright ignored, I decided to go here for further help.
