Teddy was excellent! Super helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely an asset to AT&T! I did have to wait about 20 minutes, but I went to the store around 5:30 pm, which I'm sure is normally a busy time, and was told right away that it would be a 20 minute wait.
The wait time is horrible. You’ll wait an hour atleast After I waited for over an hour, the rep gave me a great quote which I brought back to my wife to review. We made an appointment with the rep the following week but he wasn’t there There was another rep there but told me that quote isn’t right and never existed. He brought in his manager and they showed me another plan and offer to charge carriers. I did and after I switched they finally told me there was a catch. Long story. Eddie was rude and unpleasant on the phone. No help at all! He was rushing me off the phone and had 0 customer service skills. I was calling to get my final bill to pay off AT and T. I changed carriers because of this reason.
