The wait time is horrible. You’ll wait an hour atleast After I waited for over an hour, the rep gave me a great quote which I brought back to my wife to review. We made an appointment with the rep the following week but he wasn’t there There was another rep there but told me that quote isn’t right and never existed. Eddie was rude and unpleasant on the phone. No help at all! He was rushing me off the phone and had 0 customer service skills. I was calling to get my final bill to pay off AT and T. I changed carriers because of this reason.
Davian Lyn was a stellar retail sale consultant! He set me up with a new iPhone 16e and watch! I also bought accessories and got one free item! I got all data transferred over too! I left V to come to AT&T due to all the deals they have. I was so pleased that Davian explained everything to me and got me a deal within my budget!
