Daniel the agent handed me my new phone with no explanation of anything or offer to set up he put it in a bag and handed it to me. He did not tell me my current phone was immediately deactivated I am going down the highway and the phone goes to sos meaning no internet or phone ability. That was a bad place to be in I was using gps to get to where I was and I couldn't call anyone for help if i needed to they need to work on customer service. I almost brought the phone back because of this. And I still might

Excellent customer service @ this location Patient , knowledgeable hands on men that will answer questions and do stuff you should kinda know how to do.

I went there to get my grandson mins on his prepaid phone, the phone agents i guess that's what they're called so anyway he was very nice also helpful, he took his time to explain everything about the phone n then he explained it to me where as tho i could really understand everything n the other agent in there were so polite also n the young man had manners n i can appreciate that, i will go back up there again to pay for more mins. for my grandson next month.
