We have been to this AT&T store several different times the experience and customer service has always been exceptional!

I had the worst phone for about 3 years. My phone had 16GB phone storage and with all the apps that AT&T automatically puts on it, I didn't have much room for what I wanted to put on it. When I went to the AT&T store because I was fed up with it all, I walked into the store and said, "I'm looking to buy a new phone." When I told Michelle what I needed/wanted, she knew exactly what to recommend! So I just went to the AT&T store in Middletown PA and had a great experience getting my wife a new phone. “Lindsay and Michelle” helped me out, they were both very professional, knowledgeable, honest and fun ! Not only did they help me get the phone for my wife; they saved me a bunch of money by reviewing my account and finding much better savings for me.
