The absolute worst customer service. I mean...I’m blown away at how lazy your reps are. Can’t be bothered to help figure out why I was having issues with a phone plan that has worked just fine until now.

Walk in to this store, We needed a tv and internet bundle. Ask about every charges for the service. They are not transparent. Our tv uverse and internet install Aug 7, after 3 days I got bill to pay 1 month bill for Aug 6 to Aug 6. I tried calling customer service several times, I was transfered and put on hold and didn’t get to cancel the service. Will try to call again to cancel everything. Beware with this store.
I hate AT&T, zero customer service. I move and been in my new house for one day and 3 guys came over to do the install and they stole my tool bag and drill. Called and called and called no call back! Finely someone called and said there guy didn't do it and said there guy didn't come in the house. Funny my mom talked to that guy and I told AT&T there guy lied to them that he talked to my mom and now nothing!! No answering or call backs!! Like they were covering for the tech!! AT&T I hate you!! You are so quick to take my money, yet you don't call me or text when I waited 2 hours to see a live rep in store. Then you tell me they called which clearly I had no call come through, then when I ask what's the point of giving my ph #you say it's only to pull up my account not to call me...so which is it!? If you're gonna bull shit me get your fake story straight because after that you are saying I should have received a text message. WTF?!
Customer service is the worst at this location.
