I've been a customer for over 15 years. Went in today for a new phone. Tristan said we don't have that phone in stock but I can have it shipped to your door. Cool let's do that. I drive down the street to Starbucks grab a coffee and get a notification about my new phone. In my head I'm like I didn't even see what color I got. So I opened the message. Completely wrong phone. Hunter was awesome! Quick and with no issues I got my new phone!
If only it was an option for 0 stars. I recently got wifi with this service and it is trash. I have absolutely NO signal at home on wifi. No matter if I'm beside the router or upstairs. I've missed so many important calls due to the service. Once I find someone else I will be ending my contract with at and t. Highly upset first and last time customer
Switched carriers and thought I was getting a good deal. Later I found out that Hunter ,sales associate, set it up as a business account instead of consumer account to get a bigger commission. Now I’m having nothing but issues since I had to changed
This store is not a franchise the experience I had there yesterday was a -1 star I got there shortly after they opened to activate 2 upgrades and have everything transferred from one phone to another we get there shortly after 10 and were told to come back after 12 because he was the only person there so we come back after 12 one other person in there but Brian takes my phone and plugs them and puts them on a shelf he told us to come back in a hour I was standing there looking at my child s phone looking for something he say... read more
