Wasn’t very happy with the fact that I bought a new iPhone, for which I’m totally unfamiliar. Asked the sales guy, Kenny if he could download all my info from my old sndroid phone to my new phone and he told me yes. This after I had just signed up for monthly plan and put my wife on the same plan. Turns out the only things he downloaded were my contacts and my photos and the icons for all the apps I had on my phone.
