awful customer service and long wait times
I haven't even had my phone a month yet and I'm having problems with it. Long story short we talked to the store manager michelle. She is very rude she probably shouldn't even have that job! I was very tempted to let verizon buy us out. Thank God the people we talked to when we called 611 were nice or we would have went to verizon.. just happy that I reported michelle and it's getting checked into. That store sucks!
ATT's phone service is fine. My problem is with sales people not providing good customer service. About a hear ago, we went into the Selinsgrove store to update some phones. The salesman never told us the difference in cost when purchasing the phones. Our bill jumped drastically. A year later 2 more phones on our plan needed to be updated. Now they could tell us why our bill was so high, but they could do NOTHING to help us. It is their plan, they can do something, but they chose not to.
