Roseanne, the manager, is everything but. She was extremely rude to the elderly man in front of us, and continued her little tirade with us. People deserve to be treated better. We recorded the conversation and sent it to corporate.

I went in yesterday, and was basically told they could not help me and had nothing to offer to help me, besides trying to get me a tablet I don’t need a tablet. I went in for WiFi for virtual schooling, she said it’s not available. I’m sorry I can’t help you. She didn’t offer to try and do a plan with a portable hotspot like I wanted when I went it. Always friendly and they don't try to get you to buy a bunch of extra crap. They ask if you need any accessories, if you say no, they don't keep pushing. That says a lot, and could be why they're always busy.
