Everyone had to buy new phones to accommodate the new 5G. We have to have wifi for internet, or we have to use our data usage when wifi not available, usually 1 bar and still cant use our phone, do to no service and dropped calls. Cell service is horrible! Lets keep raising prices and accommodate new phone packages and still have nothing.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt like I needed to after the experience we had this morning. I totally understand that people have off days, but that doesn’t excuse poor customer service. The store manager was “helping” an older couple when we walked in, and he was speaking to them in such a rude and condescending way. The woman just wanted him to check something for her, and he flat-out refused. The whole crew rocks. They're understaffed, but still, they do a great job.
No complaints. Swapped out for new Sim card and still keeped same number. New to the E-Sim card though.
