I had the pleasure of working with John at the ATT store in Sault Ste Marie,Mi. I went to get my new IPhone 17 pro max. John was very knowledgeable and friendly, I appreciated the good service. If you’re in need of a replacement phone or just good advice talk to John.
Got new phone. Signed me up on stuff I never asked bout not mentioned. Protection and next up?. The guy there, William kept talking bout stuff I wuz not interested in. He also kept messing up my order. Avoid this store, or avoid him. Pathetic
