Never saw our bill match the price that was quoted to us. Our internet service was canceled by AT&T because the manager used a false address on our account. When trying to return the free phone, the manager threatened to call the police if we took a picture as proof of the return.

Told me my 14 days was free to see if I have service where I lived but didn't work now they are saying I owe them over 200 dollars they can get bent they should have never told me free

Don’t remember exactly who I worked with but I went to get my fiancé a I phone and add it to my line and they worked with me real well he was nice but after explaning I wanted to add a line to my bill the same as my old one they proceeded to misinform me saying they would add a line that took down her price if I added the line. Instead I came to find out it knocked down my price for my line down by five dollars and her phone plan was the most expensive they had. Took 5 times going in to get a new phone and switch a line from one account to another. 1st time there systems were down so the manager took over the sale from the original guy and said there was nothing they could do and told us to come back later. No big deal, computers go down sometimes. But what the manger didn't listen to us and could have done the line switching all on my phone that we found out the next day.
