Unless you absolutly need a new phone same day, I feel theres no need for retail stores anymore. There really isn't anything that this store did when I upgraded that I couldn't do myself. They wont even send your phone back for you. You are required to package and send it back yourself. While William was pleasent to work with, I also found that I was signed up for Advantage Protection at $17 and $10 Up Next programs. Great store, the staff are incredible. Have always had a great experience. I upgraded my phone recently. William made the process seamless, answered all of my questions and was enjoyably personable. Will definitely be going back.
I recently visited this store to replace my phone, and I was really impressed by the service and expertise of the sales rep, Charlotte. She was incredibly knowledgeable and thought of all the needed extras for my new purchase and made the experience stress free. I highly recommend this store, and also Charlotte for her upbeat attitude and friendly service!
