The whole crew rocks. They're understaffed, but still, they do a great job.
No complaints. Swapped out for new Sim card and still keeped same number. New to the E-Sim card though.
Charlotte was so amazing and helpful, very pleasant and did exactly what I needed her to do which was a simple screen protector & camera lens protector. I wasn't even in the store for ten seconds before she was greeting me and helping me. A+ service
Unless you absolutly need a new phone same day, I feel theres no need for retail stores anymore. There really isn't anything that this store did when I upgraded that I couldn't do myself. They wont even send your phone back for you. You are required to package and send it back yourself. While William was pleasent to work with, I also found that I was signed up for Advantage Protection at $17 and $10 Up Next programs. Almost $30 more on my bill which are options that I never asked about, never signed up for, and they didn't e... read more
