Purchased a new phone April 3 2026 Said I want to keep the same plan, value plan. Well Anna upgraded me to PREMIUM, added INSURANCE, ADDED $10 UPGRADE WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE REMOVED OUR FIRE FIGHTER DISCOUNT so I go into the store to removed PREMIUM , and it was never removed. Went to the store today to remove premium plan. Why do I want the premium plan to call 20 Latin countries, what plan covers European countries??????
