Went on 7-11-25 I believe we had Eli help us, wonderful costumer service! He did a great job! Very professional and helpful! Thank you! He was honest and helped us get a new phone and even helped us with our plan and gave some tips! Great job!
If I could give a zero I would! I’m not one to leave a bad review but I felt like I needed to warn people…. So here it is. I wanted to add a line to my existing phone and the guy said it was only going to be “about $20 a month.” I didn’t think that was bad, so I went for it. Then I asked about a start up charges and he said it was only $35 dollars. Needless to say, when I got my bill, it was an additional $200 dollars because of all the fees. Not sure of the 2 Gentleman's names (Eli maybe??)that assisted us(one guy was in training i think) but they were eager to help, were well educated on how to assist us and were very nice all around. 5/5 stars Definitely recommend the Lewisburg store over Bloom all day. Its worth the drive. Thanks guys!
