Very knowledgeable and professional
I was having a really bad day. I was in quite an awful mood when I arrived at the store it is was pretty clear by my tone and body language, which had nothing to do with why I was there. I was treated with patience, respect, and kindness throughout the entire time I was there. What began as me being a difficult if not obnoxious and rude customer ended as a very pleasant experience. In store experience was good. Got my phone upgraded in a timely fashion.
Im currently sitting at this location at 6:35pm on a Monday night. The place says it supposed to be open until 8pm.
