Messed my wife’s phone up had to go sit at the gardendale store for 2+ hours to get everything figured out.
Trey cost me $600 in a matter of minutes at this store.. Dead serious. Pretty sure he wakes up, takes a big shit, THEN gets out of bed.
I had a broadband speed and coverage area problem. I consulted with Trey, he put up with my incessant research and tweaking. He couldn't have been more helpful, knowledgeable and technically skilled. Cullman Today now runs on AT&T networks for all our in the field reporting connectivity.
My husband and I had a great experience! No waiting, we walked in and got help immediately! I would definitely recommend this store over the AT&T store in Cullman!
