Went in to see about switching from Verizon, got promised the world with all new phones, huge Hotspot package and told the bill would be $290, decided to start the switch and worst experience possible. All the lines were messed up, didn't have all the phones with so made it seem like we had to do temp numbers that then took 10+ hours over the course of 3 seperate days going in to resolve only to see my ongoing estimated bill at over $450, called into AT&T customer service to verify and was told it would not be possible to ge... read more
Austin @ AT&T in Baxter MN was one of the best tech’s I have ever worked with. I will now be going with AT&T instead of competitors. Austin is the one that changed my mind.
Austin went above and beyond to help me examine my wireless plan and lower my monthly cost. He took time to ask questions to his manager and to call the corporate headquarters. He was very personable. It was a successful visit to AT&T!
