Some of the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. While trying to return a phone on 7/28 at the AT and T store in Baxter, I encountered some of the worst customer service by a retail store. Let me disgress for one second through, and give complements where deserved by Shania. Shania was awesome, and so courteous and helpful. Miss informed, forced to up grade at much higher price, sat for very long time unattended. Really didn’t feel like I ever wanted to go back
Madisen G helped us get a new phone today and she was absolutely AMAZING!! That was the quickest I have ever been in and out of AT&T! Thank you so much Madisen!!
Coco was awesome to work with at the Baxter MN AT&T. She was so sweet and helpful with everything we needed. Very knowledgeable and professional. Will be using her again when I go back for upgrades.
