I switched my whole family to Verizon after my experience here. I purchased my phone with the "early upgrade plan." When I was eligible for upgrade i started receiving promos and scheduled an appointment to upgrade. They were 30 minutes late to our scheduled appointment time, made us pay off my wife's phone and then told us we couldn't upgrade that day and to come back the next week when the "system" was working again.
