The store would be so much better if the connectivity expert Jamal was more professional and friendly. Every time i visit the store it always a hostile environment. He me told me why you didn’t do the trade in yourself because he was too lazy to listen. Precious experiences he it has been worse. He’s not personable at all. I bring business to this store by choice not because i need to. If you don’t buy from him he is rude is ever.

Tekisha was so nice and helpful! Very knowledgeable and great with managing multiple customers! I love knowing she's there when I go in!
When my daughter and I arrived, we were greeted and asked what we needed when we entered the store! It was two other people already there whom he was assisting as well! And they seemed to be very satisfied with his service! While Jamal was the only person there working, things went smooth and he assisted everyone that came through the door and did so in order and in decent timing!
