RecommendedThank you Joe for your patience! My iPhone X completely glitched on me and we had no way of accessing any of my data. Joe was kind and patient throughout the entire experience. Joe made many attempts to figure out how to resolve the issue. After more than two hours of feeling hopeless, he fixed the problem. I was able to upgrade with no issues and transfer all of my information with ease. I cannot stress enough how awesome Joe was throughout the entire ordeal. Thank you again!
