The guy named Brendan or as his coworker who lied about his name said “BRENT” until I requested a manager called him will give you false information and not be able to find current information. They treat people rudely and saying things like “I want to say this in the most professional way” then be rude. Worst customer service ever! I have been with AT&T for over 22 years and looking to no longer use AT&T over this customer service or lack there of.
We were promised a deal and they aren’t following through with it, they do anything to sell as much as they can and don’t follow through with their promises. After we made our purchases they immediately started acting off. Maria shouldn’t make promises she can’t keep. Every time I try to reach them, they try to evade us, they lie and they act like they don’t know what’s going on. This store scammed us into a buy one get one free on a $899 phone. Now I have an uphill battle of trying to get a refund. The new store mgr. informed me the employee who did this to us was fired, but they can’t or won’t make it right. Buyer beware.
