If I could leave 0 stars I would. Tried getting my dads phone after a wreck and he was unable to get one until he got a license back (lost in wreck) they wouldn’t just authorize it with his paper ID, while we waited for his to come in. They kept pretending they were fixing it. The guy in store handed me a phone that had a SIM card error and said to call customer service and left us sitting there with a non working phone. Never told me the reason it couldn’t be fixed. Finally manager came out and tried fixing it and over an h... read more
