Nobody will answer the phone no matter how many times I call or leave a voice so , I am reporting the Duncan ATT STORE to ATT
I was in the store on June 25th. The employees sat in the air conditioned store with the lights turned off while customers were outside in the heat. An elderly man complained about the poor customer service and the attitude of the staff. A young guy, Tyler, refused to accept the man's payment and threatened to call the Duncan Police Department.
