rude customer service and not helpful at all
I went in because my phone was broken. Rep told me we would file a claim and they would send a check to buy a new phone since my wasn’t in stock. Called the number provided and they said I have to pay $250 to get a new phone (that’s got 1 payment left) and then I went back to AT&T and asked why I had to pay when I was just told I didn’t. It seems EVERY time I come to AT&T, I’m never told the right information and then have to pay something everytime I go and my bill raises. Wouldn’t recommend going to this location.
Horrible. We returned phones and cancelled service even after I asked them if it was noted we were charged almost $2200 leaving us to fix their mistake. I would never ever use this store again.
Always fast friendly service whenever I need to stop in, these guys are great.
Very good and very helpful they r very attentative to my needs and very courteous towards me I go there every month to reload my phone service. Its class se to home and they r certain knowledgeable about their AT&T phones thanks Guys!!
