After coming into the store in Bogalusa to simply buy another phone on the same account and number I left to find out i had a new number and line opened. I called for the salesman and manager to get it straight or resolved atleast 6 times while both where at the store I couldn't speak to either to get issue fixed. So now I'm told I have to come into store to get it done after I told them I cannot get there my car is in the shop.
