If I could rate less than one star, that’s what I would do. I was told that they made a mistake accidently adding a line but now they can’t delete it. Instead of fixing what they messed up, I was forced to pay off a $1200 phone to avoid further false charges to my account. I have receipt proof and employee verification on film to prove that they falsely added a line. Also, I was told they never send anyone to covington stores- meanwhile stated “our store can only add lines not delete!” Which is why I was told the only person... read more
