Customer service in this place is really really bad, staff are unfriendly and always try to refuse instead of offering any solution to customer. We bought new iphone XS Max here just 10 days ago and the phone is not functioning probably, they refused to replace and asked us to go to Apple store - where they advised us to go back to the store. Remember that their exchange/return policy is 14 days and we are still in the window. Such a big disappointment and not the first time. Will never use any service here anymore 👎
