Servicio pésimo… Solo te atienden si vas a comprar algo o a abrir una cuenta nueva, si tienes dudas o problemas con el equipo, te atienden con prisa si no es que te dicen que no te pueden ayudar…
Easy to get in and out without the long wait of the larger stores. People are very nice and knowledgeable.
You would think, if a customer mentions having an ongoing issue for 5 MONTHS, there would be a little effort to fix the issue to prevent client loss! Guess it’s just my method of client retention :(
