We had a horrible experience today with Zach! He was in a hurry and very pushy to sign the agreement. As a customer, i believe it is my right to read through fine details. We asked for the manager but to our dismay, the manager told us that it is a 64 page agreement and we can’t proceed with the transaction without signing a 64 page agreement.
