I recently visited the AT&T store in Ranson WV. The person who assisted was named Liam and he did a phenomenal job assisting me in picking a new iPhone and completely setting it up. This was a far better experience than I’ve had in the past with other providers. Thanks for you all your help Liam!
Kaleb was a very Big help. I don’t really understand phones to well but he helped me pick out my new phone and helped me move my contacts to my new phone.
Kaleb and Liam where very helpful switching my phone service from an off brand phone. They are extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant.
They were great at helping me when I lost my phone in the river.
The sales associate (female, sorry I have forgotten her name), was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and friendly. She researched every question I had, and would ask mgr., to double check information was correct. Offered to make any changes to my new plan, since the 14 days was about to expire to make changes. Store was very clean, well set up. One of my better experiences in an ATT Store.
