This store is a joke. Was charged TWICE on an in store purchase, when we should have only been charged once. They ironically can’t see the “second” charge on their end, yet they can clearly see it on my bank statement & the bank has verified both charges have fully processed! Absolutely no help on getting a refund on the second charge! It’s excuse after excuse with Kaylee & Jose as far as the second charge goes! RecommendedAfter 14 years with another company, it was time for a change. I went to this store, recieved the best customer service, got phones for the family, and had no out of pocket expenses. Huge shout out to George Michael and Miranda. They took time to listen to our family needs, found the perfect plan and phones. I have never felt so valued as a customer!
Don’t have enough time or characters to say why I won’t recommend ATT internet service.
This store is not good with technical support. Never go here for anything other than buying a phone. Spent 4 hours in the store to hear that they "could not" do anything else and to go home and call 611. Save the 4 hours and the headache and call 611 to begin with.
I had good signal then ya'll moved antennas to face a different direction. 2 years I've called and no one ever help fix it. Over 20 of my neighbors have changed your competitors phone service. What's wrong with ya'll?

phone friendly i just love how nice the employees are. everytime i go to the cingular wireless store they are always so helpful and caring. they also have a large variety of phones to choose from.
