I have to acknowledge Cynthia on Brentwood lufkin tx AT&T store you demonstrated very compassion and professionalism as you assisted me for several days with trade ins, etc and did it with a smile. You helped me find out my bill was being processed incorrectly and helped me handle it I just want the world to know your magnificent seriously great customer service is hard to find and you are wonderful
Tried upgrading my phone here and they completely changed my original plan costing me over double a month. Since it was a legacy plan, now they're causing trouble trying to charge me almost $150/month. Guess we got to sit on the phone for 8hrs now with customer service.

I came in to upgrade my phone and change my service plan. Cynthia was extremely helpful - very knowledgeable about the phones & service plans; & took care of transferring everything to my new phone & iPad. She explained everything well & simplified the whole process for me.
