They lie about what your bill is going to be. Go to the other store by Home Depot, don't use this store. Edit: I sent the email but will also add context for those reading so they know what to watch out for if they mistakenly go to this store. When I came into the store 2 months ago, I paid off the remaining balance of my previous phone and bought a new phone which had a promotion where I did not have to turn in my old phone.
