With not being very phone tech savvy, Cynthia was very patient with me. She is a great instructor and innovator.
Grandson downloaded an app on my phone went crazy saying it had Viruses. ATT just said it didn't have a virus and they couldn't fix it, Take it to a Tech shop. Sad when they sell something and can't fix it. You would think a Phone Company would Know Everything there is to know about a Phone. I guess they are in it, Only to Sell Phones.
My fa.ily has visted near by AT&T stores but choose the one on Brentwood Dr. The representatives Young and Cynthia, are exceptional at answering all our questions. They are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this location.
