I was waited on and out of the AT&T store in less that 10 minutes total! Once I told the representative, Crystal what issues I was having she was able to fix my phone issue! Thank You!
Alvin Miller is 10/10 when it comes to helping a customer. i truly despise having to go into stores or even really deal with people. But Alvin said "no funny business. you got a problem? i can fix it" and that was that. walked out with my new iphone 16 pro max, a new case, new screen protector and even some new headphones recommend by Alvin!! i truly cannot praise him enough! OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Krista made such an impression, I actually remembered her name after leaving. She provided info on all AT&T services such as insurance for home devices and direct tv. She kept me entertained during wait times. Very pleasant to deal would and a great representative and I hope a highly valued employee. I will be send people your way.
