Work there, name G. This young man was by himself and was helping 7 people at a time. He was never stressed, juggling everything that was happening. Definitely recommend he gets promoted. Recommend this store when he is working.
Sales reps G and Jess were great. Amazing customer service, very knowledgeable, made our plan transfers easy and enjoyable all while scoring us a great discount and low monthly costs. Great experience, so why not 5 stars? There was a slight verbal altercation between the manager and one of the employes. The manager spoke very condescending and sharply to the employee, the employee asked not to be spoken to that way in front of customers. I Went in so I could trade in my iPhone 14 to an iPhone 16 and had the best experience. The sales rep ,G, he was friendly and knowledgeable. He snagged me the last pink iPhone 16 and helped as I transferred phones. He was helping like 3 people at once at once point. This man knows how to do his job! This experience was probably the best I’ve had at a at&t store. Highly recommend this location. If you’re lucky enough to see G you’ll have a good day.
