I Went in so I could trade in my iPhone 14 to an iPhone 16 and had the best experience. The sales rep ,G, he was friendly and knowledgeable. He snagged me the last pink iPhone 16 and helped as I transferred phones. He was helping like 3 people at once at once point. This man knows how to do his job! This experience was probably the best I’ve had at a at&t store. Highly recommend this location. If you’re lucky enough to see G you’ll have a good day.
Would give 0 stars if able. One kid working in there with his backpack on. Seemed ready to just leave when he could. No manager on shift at 3 pm. Zero help and very rude. Will never go back to this store. ATT in Watertown is so much better and more accommodating.
