An employee at this location made an error with our plan. We noticed the issue right away and returned to the store within the hour. When we spoke with the same employee, we were met with a very rude and unprofessional attitude. The employee continued to be disrespectful throughout the interaction, and we ultimately left without the problem being fixed. The employees name is Davone G who claims to be a manager. Go to the one in the mall. They are way more professional and will help you. The workers in Evans mill, NY does not care to serve you properly. They rather let you call customer service than them doing their job and calling for you or at least point you to the right directions. All i got was, " I dont know. Call at&t...." -.-
February 2025 Kid with backpack and cargo jeans scammed me into getting me a new phone. Said I would pay less a month and get a promotional visa gift card for $100. Never got the gift card and paid way way more the I was originally paying monthly. Went to ask about it 3 and 6 months into it and nothing was done. It has almost 1 year now. I would suggest calling or doing everything yourself online instead of going to their stores. They are just salesman.
Glover is a rock star!! Professional, polite, and fully knowledgeable. Works with the customer to get what’s right, get the purchase set up and working. He’s helped us several times before and is the reason we come back each time!
I got a new i15 pro a few years ago and worked with Glover. Knowing that the store had changed companies, I was not sure what to expect when we walked in yesterday. I was so happy to see Glover working there still. He remembered us and worked with my husband to get him a new iPhone and got me established with a new iPad.
