Horrible customer service. I was told one price and received a bill for way more than I was told. When I went there I was told, "nothing we can do about it," and that the sales assistant must have misread the bill.
Go to Holly lane store madison store is a joke was told as a loyal customer with a small business account that I dont need to use their services since they didnt want to take the time to try and fix a charging issue on one of the phone. Never Coming the this store again
My daughter & I stopped into the Mankato store yesterday 8/3/18 and the gal that greeted us was no help. She had poor customer service skills and basically made us feel unwanted. I actually had to ASK her to look up my account otherwise she just stood there. She had no solutions for our issue and I finally told her I had had enough and left the store. Today we are going to go talk to AT&T’s competitors to see if I can switch our plan away from AT&T. It’s sad since I’ve been a faithful customer since early 2000.
Normally, we have fantastic service. However, this evening, we went in because my husband was having an issue with his phone. The young lady had no desire to help us. Didn't look at the phone, didn't pull up out account, nothing. She actually recommended we go across the street to the competition. So disappointed by the lack of service.
Great customer service. Helped me with all my questions and got me the right phone for my needs. Will recommend this store and AT&T to all my friends.
Awesome! If you have issues, keep bugging them and they will fix it! Very polite and friendly staff!
