I’ve been calling for 2 days to see if they have the new iPhone. No answer. I’m not driving 25 minutes to wait in line another 25 minutes, to be told they don’t have any. Why can’t can’t a communication company answer their phone?!?
Manager Tammy was awesome and hooked me up with the new iPhone 8 Plus! She was very quick to serve me. The store is very popular with people coming in and out and just chilling in the store. I fully recommend the AT&T Murdoch Ave location.

Well I got an email today that the plan I was grandfathered into is going up. Guess I'll just go to Pre pay now. I'm fine with going from a $200 phone bill to $45 �
I strongly suggest people not too get internet threw this pos company!! My internet has been down 7 times this month!! At&t is a joke!! And even if u get there "premium" package which is suspose too block all pop ups. Well Ya they lie about that too there Jointed with other company's. Soo at&t can advertise there shit!! Don't get at&t. I hope they go out of business!!
ATT Parkersburg, WV MY 5S is suddenly nonfunctional. Under warranty and insurance and I can't get help? And they said I qualified for enhanced tech support but seems it is nonexistent?
Very inefficient. The system they use for putting everyone on a list is rediculous. Accessories and phone purchases should be seperate. AT&T needs to get it right. Hire a couple more people for heavens sake and teach the workers to be proactive in coming up with solutions not reactive!!!
