Went in to give a trade-in to the store and told us we could the associate was not trying to help called art personnel idiots and do not know what they are doing Benny also was rude he is the store manager when I called him to see why I was told he could not take the phone he said he does not like to then told me she could bring it back got back he said nope you can't I will be talking to the district manager also
AT&T has hands down the worst customer service I've ever seen. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau for their scamming and looking into hiring a lawyer to get a refund for services not issued.

Two upgrades I’ve done at this store , both times I’ve been miss informed and plenty of assuming on the store behalf. Now I’m stuck for a two year contract paying for two phones and only using one device. Bunch of crooks who don’t want to fix any mistakes or admit they did anything wrong... lost this customer.. no wonder you’re rated 2.5 out of 5
Your employees should make it a point to be a little more polite while they are out in public with their uniform on, I know I will never go to that store or switch to att just based on how rude your employee was to me!
Please train your employees better! I have had to fix 3 mistakes for simple service requests in the past 30 days! 2 were due to employees lack of knowledge on simple requests and one was due to the employee being downright lazy. I now am going to have to make a 5 hr round trip to your store to ensure you actually fix the issue correctly this time. We will be shopping for a new carrier for our 7 phone lines.
