The salesman sold me a phone I didn’t need instead of just switching phones on the plan like I ask. Then the phone was black listed due to the way he set it up. When I took it back he tried to charge me for a restocking fee and the screen protector that would have been 100.00 for nothing. And he is the manager of the store.
Bryce was expeptional! he was kind and understanding and most importantly patient. my old phone was so outdated it kept freezing and he was sp patient. hiebslty the whole staff made the experience of grtijng a nee phone and plan and even dealth with switching my phone number for me! The staff was fun to hang out with as well, so added bonus. i was able to get a 300 dollar trade in credit for my old iphone 11 pro that honestly sucked. lol. 10/ 10 recomend. my best friend saw Gary the day before and also has a good experience.... read more
Gary was a huge help to us! He was fast and patient.
Chad was super helpful and very knowledgeable about promotions and trade ins and he was extremely nice. I was briefly helped by someone else as well at this store and he was also great! My issues were resolved and they made the trade in/ upgrade process as smooth as possible.
We received excellent professional and courteous service.
