We switched over from another provider after 10 years to At&T and you guys didn't follow through on anything you said you would do, you screwed up our plan so we got charged with data we shouldn't of been charged, your managers said they would discount our first bill since we were switching over and then didn't follow through on that. Your customer service in the store was so horrific we are once again switching to another provider because of it. We will never recommend you to anyone.

Just went to the store to return a Speck case I purchased less than a month ago at the same ATT store.... The customer service rep. said it would be fine he went to look up my account information to do the return and couldn't find my receipt so he asked his manager who said he would be unable to return the case because I didn't have a receipt... The problem was when the initial sales rep. sold me the case he didn't ask for my phone number to link it to the case.... This irritates me I drove 30 miles to go to the ATT store to... read more
