I had no idea these guys were so PREDATORY TOWARD SENIORS. My 87 year old mother in a nursing home has been trying to cancel her cellphone account now for 4 months. We switched her cell service to Cricket (owned by AT&T) to save $$$ and I tried to call & cancel the AT&T account. They wouldn't do it.
