They would rather you go to a competitor than assist you.. horrible customer service!
My experience here this morning solidifies my decision to switch to the competition. Fortunately, we got a rep in the call center that graciously helped us with the situation the reps in this store were unwilling to assist us with (they were far more interested in whatever was on TV). We'll be switching our remaining products to the other guys.
The people were very friendly and worked with me even though AT&T online tried to charge me for service I didn't have and a phone I never bought
We went to ask about switching from T-Mobile and Derrick provided outstanding customer service! He was patient, professional, and knowledgeable, especially considering the amount of lines and devices we were switching. Tyler stepped in to help from time to time and was great as well. Easiest and quickest carrier swap yet! Update: I’m changing this review to 3 stars and not 1 or 2, only because “knowledgeable” still applies. I didn’t care to find the overall att to review. Walking three blocks in 105 degree heat to just be told for a week that you have an outage every day for that period is ridiculous. “Put it near a window” when your whole area is blocked out was the response I needed.
