The best experience in a AT&T store ever
Took 15 mins to be acknowledged when though the store was not busy. The guy helped me with 1 of 2 things I needed and told me I'd need to make a phone call to address the other. Said it would be quick 5 min call surprise, surprise it was not. Still waiting on a call back... hours later.
I mean, how great is Sean!? My goodness. Sean has been with the company for 26 years. He switched me over from T-mobile to AT&T (watch, tablet and phone). He also set me up with DirecTV. He was very friendly, very efficient, but he took his time with me to make sure I understood everything. It takes a special kind of human to be this good at customer service. He’s got it!! Thanks Sean. Be well!
I had the absolute best experience with this store today! Every person I encountered was overly helpful and friendly. Noe was the one who helped me and he couldn’t have done a better job. Would recommend this location to everyone!
