Ryder is awesome. He always takes care of me and helps my needs. I was so upset. I had lost my phone and he helped put me in another specials y’all had going on.
If you ever have to go to the ATT store I would ask for Andrew. We took out service with an out door salesman. DONT ever do that because everything he said was a lie also customer service gave me his bosses number and name Bryan. I kept calling and texting him and he would not reply. But Andrew at the store was the best customer I have ever experienced. And he was losing Commission by not waiting on other customers. But he was patient kind. Waited for awhile nobone asked if I needed any help . Only 2 people in the store .
Everytime I go I have issues. They have never fixed my problems. I will be switching to Verizon ASAP.
