I didn’t have to wait for customer service person, but they could’ve been more knowledgeable and nicer. He wasn’t very friendly.
Worst customer service. I waited 10 minutes to get “signed in”. Then watched as someone who came in after me and 3 other people get helped as soon as he walled in. Just rude. Why sign us in if you aren’t going to help us in order. 2 people after me left. As soon as my simple question was answred I left. I don’t see myself ever going in there again. Everything they can do, can be done online. I was just curious if the phone I wanted was in stock so I wouldn’t have to wait. I was not.
