With COVID you can’t go into the building but have to call a phone number that’s posted outside. I called 5 times and it kept going to a voicemail of someone that will be out of the office until November. I could see workers sitting inside doing nothing besides sitting on their phones. I am very upset that I couldn’t get the service I needed today as I live 45 minutes away. Very poor customer service.

Customer Service is bad... very bad... Sale associate Eric think that he's right??? When he doesn't even know or nor know how to figure it out? Assistant Manager Kyle who doesn't call you when they said "We'll call you by the end of the day." BS! Still waiting! I've been ripped off of my $$$ and they have the nerve to tell me I'm in the wrong! I'm very very disappointed!�
Poor service, no one has the ability to help with problems anymore. They used to have great help, could problem solve, now thank can't help fix anything, the retention center is awful, my bill is payed, been without intranet for 2 days, they promised to call with cure today at 530. Guess what no call, now closed till Monday, no help and wasted several hours on phone, got passed from person to person until they closed
I was severely disappointed today when I found out that tony from AT&T called my husbands phone to say that my new phone was in. Thanks a lot!!! I spent over an hour in the store trying to get this set up as a surprise for Christmas. I gave them my number and email and they still got it wrong. So I go tonight to a packed AT&T store to pick up the phone. I spent over 30 minutes just waiting to get my phone. Well I might as well activate it since it's not a secret anymore.
