DO NOT BUY the Mophie wireless charging base!!! I purchased & it hasn’t worked since the day I bought it, after 2 nights of switching outlets, moving phone around and countless other troubleshooting trying to my make it work and eliminate a possibility of user error I put in the box planning to switch it out for the Belkin we bought my husband. I found my receipt on the 24th and they are only able to switch out or return in 14 days. So because it sat new in box for 24 days instead of 14 I’m forced to keep a $40 piece of equi... read more

I have been here before and had good customer service. I walked in today, everyone was with a customer, which is acceptable. What isn't acceptable is that not one employee acknowledged me or said that someone would be with me as soon as possible. Walked around the store for at least 5 minutes or more, nothing. Will not be going to this location again and will not recommend.

At the store they said my husband's 24% discount from the hospital would count on our bill and that we would get a discount for paying with our credit card. Turns out the plan we need does not work with the discount and they want you to pay with your DEBIT card not credit card. We will not give any business our debt card number too risky. Lesson here, do not believe the sales people and read the fine print carefully. We still save some money with ATT and Direct TV, just not as much as we originally thought.

Got my phone switched over from US cellular back in Jaurary and being a new AT&T customer I knew nothing of the "switcher" program so I straight up asked my sales guy if they took care of the termination fee and he said yes...nothing else after. Luckily I found out about it in time before the deadline. Submitted exactly the info they asked for through this third party rebate company. Sent me mail that said the info was invalid and to resubmit. Sent in another very clear photo of my bill from US cellular with everything highl... read more

Terrible service. Got used to the service I receive at my AT&T store. Went to this store and nobody opened the door or helped me with anything. The only words that were said to me were "you payin a phone bill" I replied yes and that was it. No one greeted me, said goodbye to me, or held the door open either time I walked through it. The reason why? THEY WERE ALL TOO BUSY PLAYING POKEMON GO. one of them even bragged about all the Pokemon he caught in the back room that they were "missing out on"
