The clerk was nice. Everytime I have a problem they blame apple. I’ve been a customer since 99 and the service by At&t has gotten worse. I’m still paying for my phone and it’s already messing up. Same with my last phone. So we can just blame Apple though. Thinking of changing to sprint or Verizon.
I placed my order online to be picked up in the store. Took very little time so as I left I thanked the clerk for being so proficient. Little did I know as I was leaving the store they deactivated the wrong phone. Wasn't until 4 hours later and found out my phone wasn't working. Spent an hour on the phone with AT&T technical and they couldn't do anything for me and told me I had to go back to the store in Santa Maria which is a half hour away to get to new SIM cards. This is a great location with awesome help available. They always take care of me well here!
Completely the worst rip off store there is. That is why it's one star. Will quote a price and bill is 4 times higher. All they tell me is lies. DO NOT SHOP HERE.
