My daughter and I have been going to this store for the past several years - We have always been satisfied when we left. This past week we had a problem with one of our phones and Jay and Jason both helped us. They were determined to solve the problem and took extra time to make it happen. We were still there at closing time and were talking to the insurance department. Jay hung around instead of leaving on time just to make sure that the problem was corrected. On 12/24 I purchased a set of AirPods from Crestview AT&T. My husband and I later found out that we were double charged for the item ($169.34) and reached out to a Corporate representative via their online chat on 12/25. The representative advised that since the purchase was made in store, a refund for the extra charge was not something they could do and he then scheduled an in-store appointment for 12/26 at 10A.M. I followed up with the in store appointment on 12/26, and the employees at that location told me that they did ... read more

I have dealt with three different people there now, each for around two hours each and they all three have lied to me. I have never been more upset or had a worse business transaction EVER. This store needs closed down bad and will soon. Please don't go in there for no reason, I beg of you. You have been warned.

For the 4th time I have attempted to "forgive" the pathetic customer service I have received each time I have entered this storm, I am DONE. The third time after speaking to the store manager about this specific employee and his lack of ability to HELP anyone who walks through the door, I was hoping when entering again I would not be sent away to "DO IT MYSELF", however to my surprise I was yet again sent away to help myself.
