I would not recommend this store to anyone. My wife got some malware on her phone stopped into the store to see if they could fix it. The phone was 1 year old and she was told it wasn't fixable. They proceeded to get her a new phone using my upgrade for my phone, effectively locking me out of upgrading a 5 year old phone. She was informed that the 1 year old phone must be returned once she was sure everything transferred but within 30 days. Filiberto was great he did everything we asked went above and beyond and even installed our screen protectors made sure all the phones were working before we left and even helped us reset the old phones hard to find good employees like that would definitely recommend this store I will be driving the extra 15 minutes here from now on instead of mt pleasent for help very pleased
Every time I go in the people that work there act annoyed that I stopped in. No customer service from my experience.
