Walked in to see one of the rudest employees I've ever seen.. Hopefully the entire staff isn't like this.. It'll likely be the last time I ever step foot in there.. Wasn't impressed..

Walked in planning to spend two grand on an iphone 17 pro 2 TB and they didnt take us serious and 3 other customers walked in after us atleast by 10-15 minutes and they helped them first
Paul was very helpful in getting an upgraded to my phone. Very knowledgable.
Couldn't get help at another at&t store so I drove 50 miles to go to Watertown. I was ready to go to a different carrier and get another phone and service. Thank God I thought about going here. It was absolutely great. Help Couldn't been any better. Thank you Paul.
