On Tuesday, June 24th, at the Watertown, SD AT&T store, Anabelle Chapman did something that is a real rarity nowadays. Instead of providing 'assembly line' customer service (which unfortunately is the 'norm' today with most businesses), she provided Outstanding customer service to my neighbor. I stopped by after work without an appointment. I knew I was risking waiting, but I lucked out and Stephanie was available right away! I needed to replace my daughter's iPhone as it was overheating. She understood immediately to save our family $$ and recommended changes to our plan to get the best deal. I didn't feel pressured and I did say yes to some recommendations and no to others that we weren't ready for.
